We stayed here for 2 nights. Very close to main station just 5 min walk. Reception was slow and certainly not friendly which is unusual.
I had booked a small double room which is tiny and expensive. $180 AUD ..payed much less in other cities. It seems they are trying to fit everything in to this tiny space and really these rooms should be for a single bed only. Luckily we only had one suitcase to open.
We did ask for an upgrade but would have cost quite a bit more. Very stuffy and even though the window was open and it was 2 degrees outside it was still hot!
The breakfast was fabulous and staff all lovely. You could not complain about anything here, all types of food, fresh hot and cold, eastern and western and the coffee was good!
Location fab, rooms okay but not the small double!

5 min walk from Sendai station. Many shops & restaurants close by. By 9pm.many shut. Small reception area queue up for your turn. Limited in English. Too early for check-in, no problem leave luggage there. Upon return, luggage in the room already. TV Japanese only. Twin bed larger king single? Pillow hard. PJ comfy. No coffee. Just tea bags. No safe. Air purifier. Clean room. Has also a public hot bath. Small room. Hardwood floor. One device for wifi only.

In terms of location need to walk about 10mins from Sendai station if you have baggages. You can exit from Sendai station connected by a link bridges to walk to the hotel side then take a small lift to level 1. It’s not a shelter route from station to hotel.

Staffs able to speak English, I approached the front desk at different timing of the day. When one of the staff can’t speak English, he or she will get another colleague to assist.

This hotel able to arrange courier service for transfer of baggages from their hotel to another japan’s hotel at a fee. If your timing is on weekend then ensure you have some time allowance for the delivery to your next destination.

There’s a mini fringe in the room. The wifi is also pretty good. Overall our stay was comfortable but the per night room rate is still considered by high base on my expectation for a 3 stars hotel.

The hotel is located at an excellent location and also have a nice atmosphere, and comfortable rooms. The traditional Japanese spa (guest usually do not wear swimming clothes but it is okay to do so) at the top floor is also nice and relaxing

We stayed 2 nights here. The hotel building is beautiful. Our room was very small and the furniture very old. The bed was very comfortable. There was just no room to put your bags.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast good.
It is located near the train station, many shops and restaurants.
