Room is very clean. All facilities in the room are well maintenance. Staffs are very helpful. Although the room size is quite small, but I found no problem to stay two people comparing with other hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast is rather plain but good enough to fill your stomach in the morning. The hotel is very close to Sendai station.
Easy walk from Sendai Station. Convenient for Tohoku University. Near all transport and many restaurants. Modern clean facility. As with other business hotels the rooms are well designed but small by US standards. But they are not priced like top tier hotels.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is located about 5 pleasant minutes' walk to Sendai JR Station. It's best if you access it by the elevated walkway but there are no escalators down so if you have heavy luggage, try to get to the ground level of the JR station before heading out to the street.
The hotel comes with great amenities and has a nice street view - very quiet as well due to the L shaped layout. Comfortably sized with a little chair and coffee table too!

I will stay here again for sure. Close to Sendai station. A lot of good restaurants and shops within 5 mins walk. Friendly staff. Stayed at Economy Double room, clean and big enough for 2 adults with 2 large luggages.

We stopped to Sendai for a night and didn't expect much as we paid a very reasonable price but have to say the room is quite lux for the price and has a great style. Very clean and located within metres from the station. Staff speaks great English, fast check in. The coffee is good and coats only 100 yen
I have nothing bad to mention it's overall excellent value for money and if we stop to Sendai again will prefer to stay here again
