Of all the hotels we stayed at in Shikoku, this hotel rated the highest. Although the rooms are small in comparison to western standards, they were more spacious than the other Japanese hotel rooms. The onsen on the top floor was 100% natural hot spring water offering a number of healing properties and the facilities included 2 sets of lockers for each guest for shoes and the other for clothes and personal items.
Free wifi was definitely handy which meant that the entire family could access the internet on their gadgets. If you're going into Tokushima by car like we did, car parking is expensive at 150yen per half hour, and dropping off luggage was difficult because the front reception is located on the 3rd floor and the building is situated in front of a major intersection.
However, I still recommend this hotel but except some difficulties if you travel by car.
