This was my second stay at the Hyatt Naha. The property has aged since my previous stay. A minor renovation is needed. Service is okay but not amazing so price matters here

The rooms are okay but there were stains on the carpet and doors and walls are worn. Lots of lights that require covering at night.

The gym is typical Hyatt which is good for a workout. Note that the pool is not heated, so it will be cold outside if the summer months.

Otherwise the hotel is a good location next to the market and 3 mins walk to the main shopping street.

We decided to stay in the City to enjoy the vibe, Hyatt has perfect location, it is hidden in quite place inside busy noisy city life, it is walking distance to train, bus, restaurant, fish market, excellent Kobe beef, experience tea ritual and see art of different clay pots, beer house, etc. The hotel offers this peace tranquil environment; We travelled with kids, offered us interlink room was very thoughtful, the hotel has coin laundry service, breakfast was a feast, caters for all age, from east to west. The bath salt was amazing specially after a long day walk. The children could walk to the supermarket and back with ease enjoy local snacks. We all know how Japanese polite and service level, Naha Hyatt staff service are even higher than the Japanese level.

Checked in twice to this hotel during the golden week. It's not the best hyatt given the location, amenities, and price during the holiday. but the staff are so warm and friendly - especially the bellboy/concierge team who greet us and help us with everything - they were so helpful! Love to go back to see them again.

We stayed here 3 nights as a base for exploring the southern end of Okinawa, and also because the airport is very near Naha. We were on the 9th floor but I guess it doesn't really matter, as the view is of the tops of the buildings of this dense little city.

The hotel is just as you would expect from a reliable business hotel chain - comfortable and clean with good service. You can request for a whole bunch of stuff from the amenities menu which was useful. We asked for more pillows (there's a variety), and a weighing scale to check our baggages!

A short walk and you will reach the amazingly colourful and bustling (and sheltered) lanes that all lead to Kokusaidori shopping street, and the Makishi public market is right there as well. I love it.

The downside is that there doesn't seem to be any security in place at all. There's a back entrance which, while it's convenient, also means anyone can walk into the hotel. And the lift brings you to any floor without access restrictions. I guess Okinawa is a very safe place.

I had a drink at the ground floor lounge, and service was excellent. There was live music which added nicely to the atmosphere. The bar on the 18th floor requires an entrance cover fee.

Parking is at additional cost, I think 1500yen per night, at a vertical carpark right across the street. A bit of wait when retrieving the car, but not a big issue.

Room tip: Door soundproofing is not great, so i guess further from the lifts mean less traffic and quieter.

First time staying here . Service was Awesome . Let us check in at 10:30 AM on Friday . Room spacious and beds are great . Walk-in rain fall shower with Tub as well .

Close to Shopping and Food . (Walking distance for both )

Best views of the city on the top floor where there is a lounge and restaurant. Beware they charge you a cover for the lounge even if your a hotel guest .

1 negative is there are only 3 elevators and u could be waiting for a while . Would stay again .
