The hotel is located in Naha, by the port. The port area is very rundown (this is the OLD port) but it is close to Kokusai Street, which makes the location convenient for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. We spent one night here and had a good time. The staff spoke decent English and were helpful. The Sunday buffet lunch was good and worth the 2000 Yen price tag. We had our 4 month old with us and the restaurant provided us with a lovely moses basket for her which was wonderful as she took a little nap whilst we enjoyed our lunch. The room was larger than the other Japanese hotel's we've stayed in. It was the size of an average American hotel room. The breakfast was Asian style. Not much Western food and I wouldn't recommend having the hotel breakfast unless it is included with the room... and even then you are probably better off getting something to eat elsewhere! The butterfly enclosure was lovely and we got a kick out of it. Also, the indoor and the outdoor pools were nice although we found it a little annoying that despite having a room at the hotel you have to pay for a towel/entrance to the pool. All in all, this was a nice hotel and we'd recommend it to others.
