You name they got it. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Located on the site of the United States Army Civilian Open Mess Club..Harborview. On top floor a lounge for residents with everything provided for your convenience, breakfast and through the day. A happy hour, fix your own cocktail and finger food. Great panorama view of the City..my favorite facility in this great Hotel

Hotel is stated on a hill in the city of Naha, the capital of Okinawa prefecture. Hotel belongs to the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), so you can book directly from the IHG website and earn points if you are an IHG rewards club member. In Okinawa, predominant form of transportation is car. There is a monorail and many bus lines from the airport but for the fist time visitor, taking a taxi may be the easiest to get to the hotel. It tales 10-15 minted and costs around 15 USD, according to the hotel website.
The room is well appointed, and comes with lots of amenities, including a special "sleep advantage" kit. Hotel staffs are very efficient, courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast is great as well. Very much recommended for a relaxed stay in Naha, Okinawa.

飯店泳池不大，24小時健身房，房間很棒，離車站走路有點遠耶，去國際通原本想用走的後來實在是太熱。放棄做計程車沒跳錶550日圓。以後可能還會考慮使用
A little far from station and national road.here have 24 hours gym and a not so big swimming pool.But the staffs are very friendly.I will try to use again!
Location was a bit far from the monorail station and not recommend to go to the hotel on foot (especially if you are carrying big and heavy luggage!). Staff were generally friendly and helpful yet we felt disappointed that king size bed was not available upon arrival even the booking was made more than 2 months ago. Later we learnt that our room was assigned on a smoking floor with ash tray pre-set inside the room which the front desk associate did not mention about it. A new room on non-smoking floor was later arranged, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. We got exhausted after a whole day journey and we did not want to change room anymore. Nonetheless, it was just a 1 night short stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a company’s retreat
1. Early check in was not permitted despite having spire/platinum members in our group. We were told we need to inform them in advanced.
However, one of our group members who reached earlier the hotel earlier managed to get her room at 9am! And she is not even an IHG member. Very inflexibility regarding early check in. We had to wait at the lobby lounge for 2 hours. We only managed to check in at 12pm noon on the dot.
2. Location is not ideal as it is not near the train station. 10-15 mins walk away from the nearest station. If you rent a car, the parking fee is about ¥1800 a night (IIRC).
There is a supermarket about 10 mins walk away too.
3. Limited English speaking staff including reception and concierge . But overall, they are friendly.
4. Rooms have a sleep well program, you can request for a humidifier, different kinds of pillows, a leg pillow to prop your legs up after a long day of walking, as well as aromatherapy.
2 sets of hot eye masks and bath salts can also be found in the room and we used it every night. Housekeeping don’t replenish these when they clean your room.
We requested for Queen size bed and was given a twin sharing room instead. We were too tired to ask for a change of rooms since we took a night flight.
I appreciate the bathroom the best. The toilet is separated from the shower. And then the shower is separated from the bathtub, similar to the traditional onsen bathroom. You shower then you soak yourself in the bathtub after that.
Quaint hotel, looks dated but lack the Crowne Plaza luxury feel.
