Hotel is located right next to the monorail Tsubogawa Station. Very convenient to travel around if you take monorail. If you drive, the GPS may not be able to locate the hotel with the phone number. We have to enter the postal code. Rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. It has free wifi in room, and 2 bottles of complementary water daily. There's only 1 English TV channel available. Breakfast is ok, not much varieties.

Loved this hotel. Lovely contemporary lobby. Very comfortable bedrooms with good decor. Amazing hotel staff who could not have been more helpful. They helped enormously with our sight seeing trips. Easy location as right by tram stop. Could not fault the hotel on any way. I would definitely stay again and will consider other Mercure hotel on other locations in the future .

But for the fact that there aren't many eateries around, this is one perfect place to stay in...contemporary, good service & bang opposite the transport line.
The breakfast is good & being vegetarians, the chef was kind enough to cook up an extra special delicious salad for lunch to keep us alive :-)

This hotel was perfect for our stopover in Naha enroute from Tokyo to Ishigaki. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff efficient, and location close to airport (including monorail if you want to use it) extremely convenient. Unfortunately having just joined Accor Advantage Plus (AAP) a month or so ago and attempting to use my Free Night approximately 5 times at this property proved fruitless. Accor Japan and/or the hotel reportedly thought the online system was OK, but clearly although the system advised COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT AVAILABLE, it repeatedly did not offer the free rate (And yes as explained to AAP in my home country, I did check the functionality for other dates and other hotels to prove my PC was OK). Hotel chains go to tremendous lengths to sign-new clients to this type of loyalty scheme, and I can understand why based on the industry articles that I've read with respect to the Billions of Dollars that they generate, hence Accor Executives should not be surprised to learn that when you short-change a customer like this, the renewal in 11 months time will be declined, irrespective of what happens point forward. No second chances after the amount of time wasted.

Room Tip: Despite checking in at 10pm, our room (ending with 18) was obviously on the sunny side of the buildi...

The goods:
- The hotel is perfectly located off the heart of Naha while it's very convenient as the monorail station is just 50 steps away.

- If you are planning to rent a vehicle and do a roadtrip in Okinawa, there's an OTS car rental booth in the hotel which you can conveniently pickup/dropoff the vehicle.

- There's a Family Mart convenient store nearby if you want to grab some beverages and snacks on the go.

The averages:
- Typical hotel offerings in Japan where rooms are small. It's good for a night stay but nothing else. Be aware if you are traveling with lots of luggage. You won't have space to walk around in the room with 2 full size luggage.

The bads:
- Poor service at the front desk. It's atypical for hotels in Japan. The lady at the check-in counter was rude and looked annoy to the customers. There's a guy who looks like he's French and he is much helpful.

- The hotel front desk is quite understaffed especially at night when they have to both take care of the concierge area and the parking spaces at the back.

Conclusion:
A good price-value hotel overall if what you want is a night stay with minimum amenities. Otherwise, there are better options in town.
