The stone-path road is hard to call a fully fledged attraction; it is just an old road. But it does feel like it gives you a small window into what Okinawa may have felt like pre-industrialisation. (Okinawa is now a heavily industrialised island, and so the path actually feels like a bit of a respite). Whilst it is a very pleasant stroll, and definitely should be done if you are visiting Shuri castle and have time, I wouldn't want to exaggerate its charms.
It is definitely not stroller friendly, and people who are less than fully able bodied may struggle a bit, particularly coming back up.
