It was dinner time, and most stalls were closed. We went for the biggest and brightest stall with a larger selection, which had a Chinese man speaking Mandarin and English (somehow we felt he was slightly dishonest, as he steered us into buying several things that did not look fresh). Meal costed around 2000 Yen per head. Don't pick the cheaper Chilean sea urchin, they were not fresh.
Seemed like the stalls faced tough competition. So try to spend more time comparing prices and quality. I feel like the smaller stalls, run by the local Japanese, were worth giving a try.
