Stayed here for 1 night on our tour. Lovely hotel in a great location right next to the marina. Just a short walk through the under the road tunnel, to shops and restaurants.

The foyer is small and can get crowded when checking in as a large group.

The rooms are a nice size, and very clean, with a very comfortable bed.

Would stay again.

Good location to visit Hells of Beppu. Hotel is very nice, room spacious and clean.
The room 603 was noisy, sound of sinking water during the night.. take earplugs!
Breakfast is good, mid japanese mid occidental (1500¥)

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. The rooftop Onsen with views of the sea was what made my stay extra special, but the room was also nice and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely visit again!

The location is good as it is a 5-minute downhill walk from the train station and the rooms are big. Nearby we found very good Izakaya restaurants called ‘Robata-jin’, also shopping centres, supermarkets and bus routes. The onsen on the top floor is nice though is small. Quite expensive at about £115 stl per night with sea view (without breakfast). Fine though.

We walked there from the ferry port - a mistake, it is a long way and we would have been better saving our ebergy for more interesting (and hillier) walks in Beppu.

Had to wait a couple of hours to check in. Nice park across the road, good for waiting. Check in was pleasant enough but felt more like a friendly guest house than a hotel, although prices were certainly at hotel level. A nice surprise to find there was a hot spring on the roof and we had free tickets to it.

Room a little boxy but clean and pleasant enough. A decent place to spend the night.
