This is one of the best 'sushi train'-restaurants we've visited in Japan so far. Especially the preparation of the rice is way better than in most restaurants using the train concept. Besides, the dishes are both varied and plentiful. In most of the cases, they were beautifully plated too.
The waiters did an excellent job; they arranged a refill of our draft beer when we incidentally overturned one of our glasses. Thus, we were very happy to run into this place! If you like to dine in a quiet atmosphere, though, you should definitely not go here - the sushi chefs are constantly yelling Japanese phrases to each other (and maybe their customers). We thought this to be very funny, but I can imagine that some people like to eat in peace. :-)
