Personally for me it was really a good experience. Especially the offered fire-training is something what could happen to you anytime and everywhere. The staff was very friendly.

Regarding the fact that everything is free (even the coinlocker gives you back your money) - this was one of the best things you can do in an hour. Since it is indoor it's a perfect activity for a rainy day.

- Earthquake-simulator
- Experience Taifun
- Escape fire inside a building
- Fight a fire
- Try to open flooded cardoor / roomdoor
- How to talk with an emergency phone-operator in japanese

You can connect it with a visit to Robosquare and Fukuoka Tower or nearby Museum.

Fukuoka City Disaster Prevention Center. This is a small "museum" where you can experience an earth quake and a typhoon (without the water). I loved the experience. It might be scary for kids under 10.
