I stayed at this hotel for three nights in early October, whereas I am its IHG Platinum Elite Ambassador member. I reserved Club Floor Deluxe Corner room when I booked online. However, the hotel just assign me Club Floor Deluxe room, not the Corner room, but still charged me the Corner room fee. I saw that the Corner room was assigned to a Japanese couple. How come they put foreign visitors to lower priority?
If they don't have enough Club Floor Corner room, they can just simply say no room available when I made online booking. But it is very poor that they put foreign guests away and please their own local Japanese!!!!!
I will not choose this hotel any more and will ask all my friends not to choose this hotel!!!More
