I have only stayed for one night, before moving on to Kyoto next day.
Late arrival – early departure, therefore only few, positive words to say.
It is an Airport Hotel located on the other side of the bridge; perfect location for transit travellers like myself. They have free Airport shuttle that runs every hour, all day. The last one departs about 10.30pm. For those who wish to rent a car, there is one-week free parking space.
The hotel itself is a large building in the 80’s style. It is 4 Stars hotel. Lovely lobby surrounded by Japanese style gardens. Very friendly and English speaking staff. Smoking rooms available if you ask.
Surprisingly spacious rooms, nice décor. You can even open the windows. Compact bathrooms, but very comfortable and bath tub included. Good Wi-Fi. There are several restaurants: Japanese, Chinese and Western. I can’t comment on them as arrived too late to dine in.
Instead, walked about 2 minutes to large and very good Family Mart (open ‘till 11pm), where you can variety of readymade, super fresh meals or any kind of produce for all tastes.
Perfect for one night. If you are planning to stay in Osaka for longer – it is about 50 minutes’ drive each way. There is a train station nearby, but I haven’t used, so no comments.
I really enjoyed my short stay there.

Room tip: go as high as you can. Few smoking rooms - you have to ask.

All rooms are more than 22㎡ with large bathroom. And they are equipped with complimentary high-speed wired internet connection and WIFI. We are observant to serve a buffet breakfast better for you. The Fusion Restaurant IZUMI which faces beautiful Japanese garden on the 1st floor, you can enjoy delicious meals with its nice view. (Open 11:00am-21:30pm/ last order 21:00) There aren’t only a supermarket COOP but also some convenience stores, a Chinese noodles (called Ramen in Japanese) restaurant, and some kinds of pub around here. So how about finding your favorite restaurant next time?
About free parking service, you can park your car for 7days. (Include checking out day)
Our shuttle bus runs from 5:30 am for the customers use an early morning flight. It takes about 15min by bus from hotel to Kansai airport. I’ll mention a timetable below. So, please refer to it when staying overnights next time.

12 story hotel.
20 minutes from airport and a little out of the way from the train station.
A little dated (CRT TV).
Very large, North American hotel-style room and bathroom.
Very clean.
Free shuttle bus has a very limited schedule.
Large grocery store across the street, but nothing else within a 5-minute walk.

Room tip: Ask for a high floor with a view of the Osaka skyline (front of the hotel) - great night views

All guest rooms are more than 22㎡ with large bathroom. And they are equipped with complimentary high-speed wired internet connection and WIFI.
About the TVs which have already been replaced with LCD TVs, so now it is more comfortable to watch than before.
There aren’t only a supermarket COOP but also some convenience stores, a Chinese noodles (called Ramen in Japanese) restaurant, and some kinds of pub around here. It takes about 7min on foot from hotel to the nearest station Izumisano that on Nankai line.
Our shuttle bus runs from 5:30 am for the customers use an early morning flight. It takes about 15min by bus from hotel to Kansai airport. I’ll mention a timetable below. So, please refer to it when staying overnights next time.

This is a low cost transit hotel conveniently located next to Kansai Airport. That is the advantage of this hotel. The room is old but comfortable and fully functional and the wifi adequate. The Japan staff is characteristically not flexible to serving it's customers but that's endemic to Japan itself and not to this hotel only. Overall, the experience is fine and perfect for a 1 night transit but certainly not adequate for a 1 week stay. Again, the advantage of this hotel is the close proximity to the airport.

We stayed for one night in this hotel after we landed at Kansai International Airport in the afternoon. The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport. It took us about 15 mins. from the airport to reach the hotel. There's a free shuttle van to the airport which we did not use as we were in a group tour.
Free wifi can be connected in our room but no complimentary drinking bottled water was provided. There's a kettle with tea facilities in the room. Toileries and a hair-dryer were provided in the bathroom.
In the morning, breakfast was buffet style in the hotel's restaurant from 6.30 a.m. till 9.30a.m.
Not much to see around the hotel as the weather was cold during winter time. There's a COOP supermarket and some shops within walking distance from the hotel.

( Hair dryer, toothbrush, hair comb, slippers, shower cap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, soap, razor, bath towel, face towel, bathrobe and Japanese green tea set.)
We are observant to serve a buffet breakfast better for you. (Open 6:30-9:30) But it opens 11am; we have also a Fusion Restaurant IZUMI which faces beautiful Japanese garden. (Open 11:00am-21:30pm/ last order 21:00) We hope you like it.

I have stayed in this property a number of times for a couple days each time. At first I thought it was more than decent enough considering the price and location. But when I unintentionally dropped my pen on the floor near my bed I noticed how dirty the carpet was. I saw dried up grains of rice probably food from previous occupants. I immediately wished I hadn’t found dropped my pen. I find the staff unwilling to lend a helping hand but they do comprehend basic English and will try to answer your questions and queries.
