Although we stayed our entire six nights here mostly overnighters stay here befor moving on to bigger cities like Osaka or Kyoto. There is a free hotel shuttle the picks you up and takes you back to the airport. Just make reservations in advance for what shuttle time you want. The major train station is at Kansai Airport so very convenient and cost-saving. We just arranged to catch the shuttle to to airport for the morning, caught the train to wherever we were going and arranged to airport pickup when we returned to the airport for the shuttle back to hotel. If you catch a taxi from airport to hotel or viceversa it costs $4600 yen for the 10 minute ride. That's a lot for a 2-way trip everyday. The hotels best feature are super friendly staff who all speak english, free breakfast every morning of stay. There is a large indoor public bath (onsen) if you want. One for women and one for men. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained. The one thing you may need to be aware of is the bathroom bath tub/shower. The water drains into the toilet/sink area so put the bath mat outside the bathroom door. Used the onsen a lot so use the room towels when you go to the first floor to have a bath. Altogether a great and frindly place and would stay there again. Many different restaurants right nearby and a Daiso Department store a block away.

No one books an airport hotel expecting luxury, and this is not a luxurious facility. It is, however, reasonably clean and modern, with air conditioning, hairdryer and a decent shower. The easiest access if you’re not coming from the airport is to use the Nankai train, change to the Wakayamashi line at Izumisano station, and go one stop to Hagurazaki. From there it’s a 680 yen taxi or a 15-20 min walk to the hotel. Return to the airport is easy enough on their shuttle but this has very limited timing, especially to go to the outlets at Rink. This service had finished for the day when I arrived at 11am. Staff are pleasant - I speak Japanese but they were happy to speak English if needed. There are useful shops a couple mins walk from the hotel including MOs Burger, Osaka Osho gyōza (dumplings), a couple of katsu restaurants, and an Izumiya (dept store, supermaryand 100 yen shop. There’s also a handy 7-11. Very convenient for my early flight - no mucking about on trains beforehand is a rare advantage!

We overnighted here and flew out the next morning. We were given free Airport shuttle to the Hotel. The Hotel itself was nothing special but friendly helpful staff and free breakfast made it a comfortable stay. The room was small and bathroom typically Jappanese- very small. For a short stay it was good as it was handy to the airport but a long way out of the city.

Room tip: I think they are all similar but we asked for non-smoking and upper level

It is not convenient if you have an early flight (before 8 am) because the shuttle service does not start until 530 am. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the nearest subway and about 20 mins drive away from the airport. Because of this, we had to take a cab and ended up paying 5700 yen. We never ever took a cab because we knew it was expensive, but we did not have a choice. It is too much. We were also placed into a smoking room and it was awful, they were fully booked and we did not specify that we do not smoke. We had to open the window during the day while we were touring and it seemed to help. I'm glad we only stayed 2 nights.

Staff are nice and polite. Place is clean. We asked for taxi service at 4 30 am and they were prompt. Coco Ichibanya, other restaurants and 711 nearby.
We will not come back here nor recommend this place to our friends and family.
