Arrived at the airport around 8.30pm and pre-booked this hotel as I wanted somewhere easy to stay on the first night in Japan. Really easy from the airport, only a couple of stations along on the Nankai train line (just under 600 yen). Should have been easy to find from Izumisano station, but went out of the wrong exit, but soon found our way.

Nothing special to say about the hotel, business style and compact, but functional, clean and met all expectations. Staff friendly and check in/out went smoothly.

Location is good, there's a few bars and restaurants open in the area so easy to get a drink or bite to eat without the need to go far.

Also a good location for a hire car, we used Nippon rentacar, a few minutes walk away saving us a trip back to the airport. They actually let us return the car the the airport when we finished at no extra charge, making it easier to catch a train to Kyoto rather than two trains. Note, there is a toll on the airport bridge which is comparable to the train fare.

Few tourists are likely to stay more than one night in this hotel. It is in Izumisano (a 5 minute train ride from Kansai Kix airport along the Nankai line) so it is a convenient stop for travelling to and from the airport. Anyway it could be a convenient choice if, the day before departure, you want to visit Osaka which you can reach in a 35 minute train ride.
It is a new hotel and the new annex building has motel style rooms facing an outside aisle. We had what a one night guest needs: a clean and comfortable room, larger than expected (a desk, a small table, two armchairs, a closet) with a small balcony facing the close building.
Breakfast is buffet style and costs 1000 Yen. A grocery store is very close and some restaurants (standard places, nothing special) are near. Nothing interesting in the neighborhood which seems to be a residential area (but two temples are on the other side of the station). The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport (only 4-5 rides a day, all in the morning). Remember to reserve your seat on the shuttle but, if you need to leave at a different time, consider that the station is just on the other side of the close square.

First hotel is perfect for a night stop before or after a flight at KIX. It is three minutes walk from the railway station that takes you to the airport in less than ten minutes.
Had a room in the new Annex - small, but decent for Japan. Great room.
Friendly staff who all spoke good English.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.(first day visit japan) i ordered 1 double bed. I arrived at this hotel at 11pm, it's a smooth checked in.. but when we saw the room it's just for a ("gnome") who more suitable to sleep there. it's too small bed for a double bed.. in a small tiny room, with a small tiny bathroom that cannot fit for 2 adult with 1, 4th kid.
My husband opened another room just for him at that time.. cause' he don't know where he could sleep in that small bed.
For me it's quite a distance to the near train station. There's also a mini market nearby. Not suitable for family visit. Front desk people at the hotel were nice but need more practice in english.

This hotel was just fine for bussiness trip who just need a one night transit from and to kansai international airport/ a 1-2 backpacker.
When we stayed there, we took a taxi meter all the time from and to KIX it's about ¥4000 one way (because we're in a rush to meet a relatives at another area).
Overall the hotel quite ok, clean, tidy and good to cut your budget.

They have a shuttle bus to and from the KIX airport. Very convenient, quiet place. WI-FI available in the room. They also offer LAN cable connect should you need it. The vending machine with the beer is on the 6th floor. The room was small but comfortable. They had a humidifier and a refrigerator in room. They serve breakfast on the 2nd floor – 1000-yen paid to the front desk if you didn’t have the hotel-breakfast package. A nice set of buffet offerings. They also have a nice izakaya restaurant open in the evenings at 6 p.m. A convenience store opens from 6 a.m. at the train station for snacks, bento meals and other items.
