It is convienently located with cup noodle musuem within walking distance. Enjoy the vibes of this place. Plus we had a great weather. Spotted a few good buys at this warehouse. Enjoy a good break at this place too.

Both of the converted warehouses (used to be the Port Customs Inspection Houses) - with 3 levels in each - now have retail shops and restaurants with different themes in each. Couldn’t believe the amount of shoppers!

Unbeknownst to us, they had a “Fruhlings Fest Brau Garten” Festival happening which was like a German Oktoberfest - so we were taken aback when we walked out of Warehouse #2 to walk over to Warehouse #1 and saw thousands of people sitting in the open-air eating and drinking! What a great atmosphere!

This is a complex of two historical brick warehouses which was originally built in in 1911 & 1913. These buildings served as the custom warehouse for the Port of Yokohama. It has now been refurbished and now has wonderful shops, small eateries and restaurants located within. Besides being located in a spectacular ocean front area of the harbor, it has expansive grounds to accommodate annual festive events. We were there just in time for their Oktoberfest. A fabulous place for families, couples and anyone else who enjoy park settings and free space.

I was there on a Sunday and there was a festival out front as well as the dragon boat races nearby at Yamashitacho Park. Lots of vendors inside as well as some great food options.

The walk from the train station is very far and the sight of it does not justify the effort. After walking under the hot sun to reach this place, we had expected to be able to find a cafe to sit down and enjoy a drink. But that was not the case, seats were limited and there was not a single coffee and cake place! Greatly disappointed! Shops inside sold items that are quite the usual stuff u can find in shopping malls. Would not recommend.
