Another Sea Bass stop that gives a great stroll and people-watching opportunity and within easy walking of Chinatown and Motomachi. Some neat sculpture, often special events such as word gastronomy festival, bands, great fireworks watching in summer and so on. A nice mix of Japan/foreign enclave vibe remains from the days of yore and MacArthur's bedroom can be found in the Grand if you look hard enough. The bar in the Grand is well worth a whistle-wetting stop and if stay long enough, you likely won't care if you find the General's bedroom or not.
