Stay at the Celebrio Ocean room, it was so nice. The room is very big for Japanese Satndart (40m Sqr) view is great can see Mt Fuji on a clear day. There is a great convenient store next to the hotel lobby that open 24 hr, they provide all kind of things from food to all travelers needs. If yo go to Disney there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the monorail station just in front of the hotel, if you go more than one day to Disney make sure buy a multi trip monorail pass as it will cost much cheaper. We visited Disney in a busy and freezing period so to going back to the Hotel after a tiring day at Disney was the best moment.
Really enjoy this Hotel and well recommended for family traveler.

Room Tip: Celebrio ocean side can view Mt. Fuji on a clear day.

We originally chose the Hilton because of the proximity to Disney Sea and we were so glad we did (see our review on Disney Sea).

We arrived after a 12 hour flight and I was expecting an issue as the Expedia booking for the number of persons booked didn't match the online Hilton booking (We had booked the room for 2 adults and a 13 & 11 year old). Expedia guaranteed that their booking was correct so armed with their email confirmation we checked in and were told that it would cost 7,000 yen per day for the extra person. After some fairly tired and heated conversation, the woman at the check in counter took a copy of the Expedia booking and let us go to our room. Not a good start but the rooms were very cute (a little young for our 2 boys but still very cute)!

The buffet breakfast is superb and a great way to start your day when heading to the parks and the location is fantastic as we came back via monorail from Disney Sea at 3:30pm to have a little nap before heading back at 6pm to catch the fireworks and spend the rest of the evening there!

We had 5 nights at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and for the price we paid, it was great. I wasn't impressed with the check-in process (but expecting an issue) and the children were disappointed that there was a fairly hefty charge to use the indoor pool (way too cold to go outside mid-Dec!) but we picked it for the location.

To save money, if you are planning to return to the hotel more than once during the day (ie. to Disneyland/Sea, then back to Ikspiari for dinner) then pick up a day pass on the monorail.

Basically you would only stay here if you were going to Tokyo Disney, but the hotel was actually a lot better than expected. Rooms were quite good - though don't bother with a bay view. We were travelling with our 3yo girl who absolutely loved the themed rooms (cartoon style) - but wouldn't appeal to older kids (or adults). Great location for the theme parks and also the food courts and shops. Food offerings in the hotel weren't that great - but there are a number of restaurants in the nearby shopping complex.

Location, location, location.... that's what this hotel has to offer. The staff are pleasant and efficient if somewhat less than helpful. I requested dry towels to take a shower to warm me up because it had been raining and cold but they never came. Forget sending your suitcases to the airport so you can shop around Tokyo. I tried to do this in the morning of a 8:30pm flight and that was impossible. That meant that after I couldn't get a locker at Tokyo station I had to lug the whole lot around all day. Now the thing that really upset me... ¥3,100 per day to use the gym or pool. I thought it a joke at first but one look at the guest services will tell you they are not joking. The tv has cnn on one channel otherwise speak japanese cause there are no other options. The buffet breakfast was ok, if you are going to disney then queue at 6:15 for a table. Its a buffet, cooked for a lot of people plentiful doesn't equal quality. The view, beautiful... gardens exquisite, don't ask to walk around them though! You must look through the glass. Disney... I get it! But at this price you'd be wanting to allow me free or a smaller fee for the gym use.

Room Tip: Grab a day pass on the mo rail and eat from the bakery, the foods great. The little grocery shop is...

Bought a room through a budget site for $200 a night and was presented with a hotel room that was beyond appalling. The furniture was decades old and peeling, the walls were stained, and everything had cigarette burns. There was not a single amenity in the room-not a single bottle of water for free or to purchase! It stank, the wood near the window had chipping, water-logged paint, and the bathroom was small, free of any comforts, and dirty. We spoke with the manager, got a refund, and left.

It's possible we got the bad room. The Plaza in Las Vegas has better rooms for $20 a night. For $200, this room was overpriced by an order of magnitude. Shocking stuff.

DH & I just completed staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay for 5 nights (23 December - 28 December 2012). We stayed in a Celebrio room with a ocean view. The room was really quirky and fun. Each day housekeeping provided us with 2 waters, 1 coke, 1 sprite type drink, 1 fanta and 1 vitamin water. These are all complimentary regardless if you are an HHonors member or not. Being in a Celebrio room also provided us with FREE internet via Ethernet connection. There claimed to be WiFi also, but it was either too weak to connect or wasn't being utilized at the hotel yet. No big deal since we had our laptops and could connect via Ethernet. Since this time of the year tends to be cold and dry, we were able to see Mt. Fuji in the morning and evening. It was a grand site to view from our room!

Although may of the staff do not speak much English, we had no problem communicating. It was pretty funny that when we called for bell service on our check-out day, we got the staff member that spoke perfect English. DH wanted to know where she was this whole time so that we could utilize her around town. All staff were very helpful and beyond courteous.

On Christmas we did eat dinner at the hotel. It was very good and within what we expect for hotel food prices.

There is a mini mart inside the hotel that has food and beverages for a good price. You can use your credit card in the mini mart as well as other stores in the hotel. The pastry shop in the hotel is also very good.

In the future when we return to the Disney Resort we will definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel for three-nights to ensure our two children enough time to visit both Disneyland and Disneysea. We live in Nagoya and arrived train to the Welcome Center, where we checked in. We had reserved the Happy Magic Room, which has three beds and could accommodate a family of four easily. Upon arrival we were informed that we could be given an extra bed at no additional charge. Also, we had booked the room for two adults and two children and included breakfast in the rate. At check-in we were informed that children do not get free breakfast. It was recommended that in the future we book them as adults. That was helpful advice. We were willing to pay the proper amount to purchase breakfast vouchers for our two children, but were given them as a courtesy for all four mornings. We were very pleased with the service and the room, as it was spacious and overlooked the bay. Wifi was free and we had no problems connecting. The only downside is the walls are not thick enough to block out the noise from the other rooms, as there was a family next door that was quite noisy with the mom yelling at her kids at odd hours of the night that woke us up. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would return the next time we are in the area.

Room Tip: Book children as adults if you want to get a breakfast voucher when booking a rate that includes bre...
