Tatsu served very good Japanese food and craft beer. I had the dry dan-dan udon, which had wonderful flavor and the perfect amount of spice-heat. There is not a lot of seating, but the amount is decent and diners seem to come and go relatively quickly. The service is friendly and efficient. At airport pricing, things cost about one-third more than think was necessary, but that was not a surprise.
