The place is old and everything looks like it's been water damaged. Everything in the rooms and the floors looked and felt unclean. Toilet had a significant mould and damp smell. People were nice. Would not recommend, try to avoid as there are many hotels near Narita airport.

Hotel is old and lacking in term of cleanliness. Internet access is hopeless as wifi is terribly slow and even paid LAN internet in rooms do not work. Front desk staff are unfriendly and not helpful. Even shuttle bus driver is rude. How sad as most Japanese people are generally friendly and courteous.

We stayed here after we changed some plans in our trip to Japan. The lobby looks amazing, but when you get to your room the amazing ends.

Moldy carpets, old and worn out bedding, a very weird smell all over the floor and in the rooms. Also, we had free lan/ethernet internet access in every hotel / hostel we were in. This was the exception. In most of the amazing country of Japan, people will try to help you even if they don't speak english. Once again, this was the exception.

I wouldn't even be writing this comment, wasn't it for the very rude woman at the desk who couldn't get the difference between LAN internet and WIFI internet.

Our conversation went like this:
-Hello, do you know if there is LAN internet in the room? perhaps you can provide us with the right cable for it? (note, every other hotel did it)
-Hi, WIFI internet, ONE THOUSAND YENS.
-Ah,WIFI?
-In the room, WIFI ONE THOUSAND YENS.
-Ok... but what about LAN, the one which needs a cable?
-WIFI in room ONE THOUSAND YENS.
-But what about LAN internet?
-WIFI ONE THOUSAND YENS.
-Ok, but Im asking for the one where you connect a cable to your computer, you know? LAN?
-WIFI ONE THOUSAND YENS. (Proceeds to place said CABLE in the desk and says, exasperated once again) WIFI ONE THOUSAND YENS.

If you don't know what your customer is talking about, at least you could go and ask someone who knows better english, or has a notion of how internet works.

The woman was nicer the next day, but probably because her supervisor was around.
Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

The Hotel is ideal located and that is the only good point to be honest,
The isolation of the hotel is very bad, as you are on the Narita airport every 3 minutes a plane is leaving, the nice thing is in the 3 minutes of silence at least 3 trains passing. Honestly between 11 pm and 5 am it is quiet. The rooms are very small, the restaurant is absolutely not ok the buffet was cold. The only good place is the bar on the topfloor, okay you will be the only guest but the beer is ok, Checking in took me 40 minutes %$$^^@##.
There are plenty goo hotels in the area So dont choose this one

Room Tip: Yes if you really like to have a room in this hotel choose on the front side, les noise of planes an...
