It is a nice hotel for the pay you pay. They have a shuttle bus service from Narita International Airpot (NRT) that departs every 15mins and drops you off at the entrance. The building is old from outside, but they renovated the inside to have that modern touch. The rooms were average : not too small not too big.

They have a Japanese Hot Spring down below (separate) if you want to relax after a long day at the airport : I believe it is open till midnight and opens really early in the morning. They also have vending machines close to the reception for that late night snack craving. The staffs were really nice and they spoke "ok" english : enough to help Westerners & mandarin chinese : for those Chinese travelers (because there were alot).

As for the breakfast restaurant, it was very good, very clean, very organised. There is something for everyone : Japanese section, a Chinese one and an International one.

Overall, it was a good experience for the price we paid.

I am a onsen lover, and i did not stay in this hotel but i certainly used the hot springs. This hotel is perhaps one of the closest hot spring to narita airport. Accessible by free shuttle bus that plies the hotel and airport route. You take the bus to and back as the bus makes their round past a couple of hotels. (do get ur passport ready too on the way back as security does check them on board the bus.)

Now back to the onsen, its a coin operated system. You put in money and press what you want. its all in japanese, so you just do the guessing. The Nakai there will then issue you the tag and towels etc according to what you ordered. You can order onsen with food, with massage. the vending machine system never seem to amaze me. The changing area is not very big but it is certainly adequate. the indoor hot spring is not very big but has the usual, bubble baths, still baths, sauna, washing area and the cold pool. The cold pool is something i find so hard to jump into but to the Japanese this is their thing after a hot sauna and hot spring. The outdoor pool is slightly bigger. Coloured but nice, in the midst of the forest. You do get disturbed every now and then by passing planes, landing but that is to be understood, cos after all its very near narita airport. the personal tubs are my favourite. you can soak in there for longer periods. the water aint too hot there unlike the outdoor pool which is heated up quite hotter than i liked. The best part, the convenience store inside the hotel after a soak, has the adequate comfort snacks- a meji vanilla ice cream and royal milk tea. The snack with relaxed body waiting for the bus to come is a perfect end to a good soak.

This onsen is worth going because its just so close to narita. a great getaway if you got a couple hrs to spare.

We wanted to relax one day before flying home and have no more long journeys. Hotel suited fine. Modern hotel from about 1980's clean and very big. We had a double room on 10 th floor, very quiet , well furnished and just the right size. No Ceylon breakfast tea only green tea but I always travel with my own so we were OK. Breakfast was a huge buffet but mostly Japanese, cereal, pancakes and scrambled eggs. There were 3 chefs cooking away in the kitchen while we were there but all they cooked was fried eggs, there were trays of them which I thought bizarre . Free shuttle bus to and from hotel. Excellent value.

We stayed in higher floor and the room was excellent. Although the hotel is build in 70s it's modern and fully refurbished. The convenient shuttle is excellent to and from airport but also to the mall.

The staff were very helpful and polite. It's perfect if you are connecting to domestic to or from international flight.

The only negative is its secluded and not on busy street so you have to rely on the shuttle or taxi.

We will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic breakfast buffet - great selection with both traiditonal japanese breakfast offerings and more. Super clean, friendly staff. Free shuttle service to a nearby mall and train station, and airport. Only stayed for a night during a layover, but would 100% return and stay again.
