What a transformation, especially the Serena buffet restaurant. We booked into an executive room with twin double beds. It was spacious complete with sitting area, spacious bathroom and fully equipped (except microwave oven). English CNN and free WIFI available. The Serena restaurant was given a complete makeover. The buffet included a broad array of Japanese and Western items all identified in English. A novel addition was the vitamin bar with a large selection of nutritional supplements! There was three choices of coffee, instant, brewed and espresso machine. Omelets to order including pancakes and waffles (although waffles were more like cookies) also available. A new coffee lounge off the lobby was added and there's also a Lawsons convenience store open 24 hours! For the odd person that still smokes, a smoking room is also available off the lobby. The free shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes to the airport.

Room Tip: Executive rooms are more spacious for those that are claustrophobic.

Free shuttle provided to both terminals of Narita Airport. Recommended if you're catching the early flight or arrive Narita at late night. Get the concept room as the setting is better. Nice chapel just right beside the hotel.

Room Tip: 24hours fastfood chain which famous with gyudon is available in walking distance at the left side of...

We used this hotel on our way to Myanmar. Pick up from the airport was easy as was the return service. The first room that was offered was smoky and tired. Second room was much better-apparently some rooms have been refreshed. Disappointingly there was not a hint of Japan-we could have been in the middle of anywhere .
The restaurants offered very ordinary food.

Getting there from the airport was dead easy by the hotel bus. Go to the infomation desk at the airport first to find out where to catch the bus. We were only staying one night and it was our first night in Japan ever. The people at reception were very helpful. The room is small by Australian standards but more than adequate for a couple. Prices of food at the restaurants is a bit high but over the top. Back to the airport in the morning on the hotel bus makes it a breeze. Had an earthquake about 7am and the building didnt fall down. All good!

Airline provided hotel during overnight layover on both legs of trip due to what they call "forced layover."
Take bus 33 as soon as your leave Customs area. Takes about 10 minutes to hotel. When you get on the bus a good idea is to let others get on 1st, wait to get on last. That way you will be 1st off the bus and front of line to check in.
Rooms very clean , remodeled, everything spotless. Shower was very powerful, bed firm.
Downside is very few TV stations, maybe less than 10. Only a single English station- CNN.
If you want to watch movies it will cost you 1,000 yen for 2-3 cable stations.
Dinner choices in hotel are few- most eat at 2nd floor Chinese restaurant, plain and expensive.
Great thing is there is 24hour convenience store-Lawson on side. No problem using your credit card to buy sandwiches, snacks, drinks, hot food.
Breakfast was awesome- all kinds of Asian, American foods- especially Japanese breakfast goods.
Our layover was almost 24hours so we caught the free shuttle bus to Narita town center. Took about 15 minutes. They let you off at the train station where you can walk to local temple and look around small streets. Lot better deal on food at small restaurants.

Room Tip: Ask for a remodeled room, non smoking room.

I don't reccomend to go the bar on the top floor.
Good to take bus to and from the NRT airport.
Receptionist were very slow service. Better speed up.
Room size will be okay with that price. Good quality inexpensive hotel close to Narita airport.

Room Tip: Very good to stay for using Narita Airport. Rooms and toilettary goods are okay. Bar wasn't go...
