Perfect quick layover location very close to Narita International with a shuttle running at frequent intervals. Beautiful location and lobby, but the rooms are quite dated and seemed very worn out. This hotel stays sold out and even offers "day stay" rates for those with a long daytime layover. Although the hotel is older, it is still the best option around the

Not your normal Japanese service thats for sure. Front counter staff not attentive or helpful. This also goes for the shop next to the reception area. After spending a week in tomamu Hokkaido where the staff were superb then coming here for our last night was disappointing.

Not worth paying for a junior suite 60000yen either as it is about the same size as a normal room 12000 yen but with more furniture. Grrrr

Room Tip: Don't spend the extra on a junior suite is my advice.

Dear DKmilo
Thank you for your comments and we appreciate your business. I apologise for the problem you encountered with reception and I will take this up with my team. As I don't have the details of your stay I'm not able to comments accurately on the room you were accommodate in or the rate you paid. Our Junior Suites are 50 square metres in size which is large in Japanese terms and I'm sorry you felt it did not represent the value you were looking for.

A very professional and accommodating business hotel within a short drive of the airport. The breakfast is quiet large and the wait staff friendly. The exercise facility is also large and usually easy to get a machine or space in the pool. Indecently the last time I was there was right after a minor earthquake and we had to use the staff elevators, the guest ones weren't working. I'm not sure how it was better to use the staff elevators but it certainly added an element of excitement to the stay.

My room was modern, large, and very comfortable. The noise from the airport was minimal. There is an excellent gym, lap pool, steam room, and jacuzzi area included in your stay. Wifi was available free of charge in the lobby area with plenty of comfortable areas to sit. The food was nothing special and expensive but that is typical anywhere when you are in a hotel not near to other things. The free shuttle runs every twenty minutes. It takes about 15 minutes. I will definitely stay here again as it was a perfect respite in between long flights.

Room Tip: I booked a twin but got upgraded, probably because I paid with a hilton cc.

good transfer options from NRT airport and return. Hotel also has shuttle bus to shopping mall/restaurants. All worked flawless. Personal will give info sheet with bus times which is easy to understand and correct. Small rooms, but working well. Had to call for electric adopter as Hotel only has japanese electric outlet. If you are HH Gold or Platinum, there is NO Executive lounge which is a shame. Hotel has enough space and options for that. Swimming pool area and wellness area (Sauna) VERY good open till 10pm.
