We stayed here 1 night, in a superior twin room. The room seemed dated, but it may have just been 'normal' for that area. Although I had been in Japan for a week, my experience was limited to hostels, and this was the first hotel.
There seemed to be a large number of airlines, that had crew lounges at this hotel, so perhaps the other rooms offered more updated furnishings.
The buffet breakfast was advertising, without specifying whether or not it was free. Turned out for us, it was not included. For what was offered, it was extremely expensive.
The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, but it only runs until 10:30pm. We missed the last shuttle and it cost 3000 Yen to take a taxi.
I believe we paid 10000 Yen for the room, plus the 3000 for breakfast, and the cost of the taxi, it certainly wasn't much of a deal.

Been stayed in this hotel for the recent 10 yrs due to work.
Tiny and basic hotel.Located at a country side area but its good to have free shuttle service to and from the airport as well as the Narita Train Station.

With in 2000 yen could ride a taxi to the AEON centre where you could find all the stuffs you want. And outside the mall have lots of shops and restaurants too.

Free wifi access at the lobby area close to the piano side.

All in all, clean comfy stay without expect too much.(More to expect out of the hotel of course!^^)

Stayed one night before return to UK.Busy hotel with lots of aircrew and guests arriving/departing.Staff very helpful and efficient.Large room ,clean with comfortable bed.Bathroom very dated and a bath in a color I have not seen in UK since the 1970s.Breakfast buffet very good with no queue.Wifi 1100 yen for 24hrs which is a downside considering free Wifi in most other Japanese hotels, but Wifi on LAN cable in room very fast and efficient for flight check-in.There is a convienience store adjacent to the hotel for snacks and drinks, including alcohol. Our room was at front of hotel, but no noise disturbance noted.

The room reminded me of a prison. Plain white walls and nothing else. Only the dreadful BBC world news station on a loop for English speakers. No room service but surprisingly you can order a massage?????. Bed hard. Bathroom small. Housekeepers chatter and bang around without any care that this is a transit hotel for weary travellers. You can hear heavy traffic from the main road. Big busses pulling in and out all day. Honestly cannot think of any positives at all. Just glad I only had to suffer 2 nights here.

It was a nice and pleasant stay as we went to cheer on company basketball event. Nice, clean and tiny. There is a small souvenior shop, internet access lounge - located behind the reception. The buffet breakfast restaurant - Avanti has cosy design, with window and balcony seating also, in good season, I imagine. Selection of JP and western are available.

Room is equipped with complimentary JP tea and hot water pot as well and a mini refrigerator.

Room Tip: We stayed in one with window view to hotel main entrance porch, parking. Yet, it is quiet, no proble...

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting Tokyo. Good value for money compared to hotels downtown. Trip downtown will cost approx £15 / 20 and 30 / 40 minute journey by train from the airport.

The hotel will charge an extra 700 yen per hour for an earlier check in or late check out.

Shuttle bus is free from Narita, Terminal 1 bus stop 16 at arrivals level. Bus runs once per hour, more frequently at rush hours. Free shuttle to local mall available from the hotel.

Rooms were clean, good size with basic amenities.

Free wifi in lobby area. Available in rooms for approx £6 per 24hrs.

Small shop in hotel with petrol station (24hrs) just outside the hotel. Restaurant on site offers buffet meals. Found this to be average, not a great selection though (£12 - £15).
