Perfect overnight stopover

If flying from Narita airport, this hotel is a 15 minute free shuttle ride away. From terminal 1 head for bus stop 16, and from terminal 2 bus stop 25.

Check in/out was very efficient, and staff spoke proficient English. The room we had was larger than most in Tokyo, with separate seating area; we suspect this may have been a free upgrade. There are two restaurants and a cafe to choose from. Whilst the Japanese restaurant on the 17th floor boasted lovely sky lounge views (of the airport) and a chilled ambience, you pay for the privilege of eating there (it was expensive for a fairly uninspiring menu). The cafe on the ground floor serves a good selection of Japanese and western food at reasonable prices. The hotel is quite isolated and is located just off the main expressway into the airport. There is nowhere to go out to within walking distance, so in many ways the hotel serves as a functional base for some rest before a flight.

This was a decent hotel, the rooms were nothing special but very clean. We didn't find a lot of food options in or outside of the hotel, but they had a complimentary shuttle to the mall with plenty of eateries there. This hotel is in close proximity to the airport which was nice, and also offers a complimentary shuttle for this. The staff was very friendly. They held our luggage while we went into Tokyo for a couple of days which was well appreciated. Would stay here again.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza after 6 days in Tokyo to save having to get up early to catch flight back to UK. Disappointed not to the same standard I have come to expect from Crowne Plaza, Hotel is outdated. Reception very bland but staff were warm and welcoming. Food and drink expensive, no where local to eat so stuck in hotel with their prices unless you catch the complimentary bus into Narita town. There is a mini market within the reception area where you can purchase limited food and drink, Seem people use this hotel has a convenient lay over for the airport. The shuttle bus between hotel and airport is there best point, up to three an hour depending on time of day. There is a swimming pool on site but they charge for you to use it. I was not offered a 20% discount as An Anthropologist stated in their review. No wi-fi in the room, asked at reception and told cable connection is available in the rooms and cable provided. Informed them I can not connect a cable to my pad, they managed to sort out a router and found it installed within my room on return from the restaurant. In all this is an okay hotel for a one night lay over, would not like to stay any longer there.

Room Tip: We had a room which faced the airport, Ideal for a plane buff, plane noise could be heard, but not overnight, think the airport must shut down.

Your paying for location only. Hotel is very outdated. They do offer bus to airport. Beds small and not very comfortable in comparison with others of same brand. Not a bad place just don't think will be back for a second stay

Back here for 2nd time. Feels the same. Room is dated and can do with some renovation. It's more like a transiting hotel if you only need a room to rest. Room was dim even with all lights turned on. There is a small mini mart downstairs at the lobby and they provide frequent bus service to airport and narita village.
