We booked this hotel at short notice and found it good value for money. The suburb of Narita offered far more than we expected with local shops, restaurants and a temple with parkland to explore all within walking distance. We found it easy to travel by bus to nearby shopping centres where we stocked up on our Uniqlo and other purchases before flying out later that day. Train stations within a couple of hundred meters. We plan to use this hotel again. Breakfast was good and staff were pleasant and obliging. Complimentry hotel to airport was an added bonus.

Cannot fault this hotel! The coach drivers were both lovely men and as soon as we entered the reception area, we were greeted by friendly staff, speaking perfect English. Had a lovely view of the karaoke bar opposite and was nice to see the hustle and bustle of Narita in the early mornings and late evenings.

Bed was so comfy and made perfect daily. Bathroom was so cute and cosy, plus free shower products! Room was warm and Wi-Fi always worked.

There is a Lawsons opposite the hotel which we used daily and hotel staff didn't mind us bringing in lunch or dinner from outside.

We complained about noise from the tennants above us one night, running around and shouting. One phone call and the staff handled it for us. No more noise from their room.

Would stay again and have recommended it to our friends and family if they visit Narita!

The Keisei Line Station (photo 1), the bus station and the taxi stand (photo 2) are within one minute walking distance from the hotel. All you need is to turn right after leaving the hotel.
Cross the road to the opposite side of the hotel, there is a 24-hour convenient store (photo 3). On the left hand side of the convenient store, you will find the JR Station in less than one minute (photo 4).
Shuttle bus to the airport is available at a low frequency. The shuttle bus can hold around 50 passengers but no reservation can be made. If you miss the shuttle bus, you can take the train nearby. It takes one or two stops, depending on which terminal, to the airport.
The hotel consists of the Main Building and the New Annex. If your room is in the New Annex, you have to go up to the 3rd floor from the Main Building and then pass through two corridors to the lift lobby of the New Annex. There are rooms along one of the corridor (2322 to 2329) which are not preferable (photo 6). Rooms in the New Annex are large compare with rooms in other hotels nearby. The view is OK (photo 5) but window is locked. Some rooms (2X22, 2X23, 2X24 and 2X25, X=Floor) are facing the railway which could be noisy.
My rating is 3 because two pillow cases were left in my room. Otherwise my rating should be 4. I have discussed the matter with the hotel manager and received her apology.
This hotel is at the prime location in Narita and with excellent management personnel. I will definitely stay in this hotel the next time I visit Narita.

Room Tip: Rooms in the Main Building are more convenient.

Though the hotel seemed a bit old and jaded, it is still good value. Bus station is across the hotel, while the train station is at the back. We stayed there for a night so travelling around was limited to Naritasan Temple and the old town streets. Another plus is the free airport shuttle bus. They have a trip every hour which makes the ride back to the airport is so convenient.

Room Tip: all rooms are very accessible, quiet too, so no particular area to recommend

Despite being non-smoking hotel our room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. So much so we had to open the window and listen to trains pass by every couple of minutes.

Disappointing as we are Accor card holders.

Apart from that it is very convenient to the airport and Narita town for a quick visit to the temple and a little sight-reading.

We hired a car at the airport and the hotel and carpark were easy to find.
