Chose this place as out flight came in late. Rooms are great and bathroom is bigger than normal Japanese hotels. Shuttle bus from airport is good but be sure to book the bus if you need to go back to the airport

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids under 10. As our flight from Sydney arrived into Narita Airport at 6:30pm we decided to stay the night in a hotel close that would allow us to look around Narita the next day. The free shuttle bus arrives at bus stop 31-B from Terminal 2 on level 2 at 5 minutes to the hour. This is a convenient service that drops you at the hotel door. Check-in was fast and efficient and the lady spoke good English. Our family room 451 was located on level 4 and had 5 single beds a huge TV, a double vanity, bath and over bath shower. It was clean and tidy and was very quiet. Breakfast was typical buffet and included 2 cereals, 2 juices, chipolatas, scrabbled egg, little hamburger meats, cakes, bread and then everything Japanese including rice and miso soup. There is small shop in the foyer of teh hotel that selss souvenirs, drinks and snacks. They were happy to store our luggage in a storage room for 5 hours while we went exploring Narita. We would recommend this hotel for a family.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days to do sight seeing in Chiba, the hotel needs deep cleaning, aircon filter, bathroom exhaust fan were dusty, the toilet room smelled pee and the slippers in the room are dirty, better if you just provide the disposable hotel sleepers and not the reusable ones. The elevator is dirty and will shut the door right away and will put you in between the door even if you’ll press the open button. The hotel shuttle is okay tho and the breakfast.

The worst hotel I ever had.

Room: small, dark, dirty and not safe.
Breakfast: limited selection and they don’t even serve fresh coffee
Staff: nobody can speak English.

This hotel is obviously not a foreign friendly hotel.

This hotel is very convenient for a short stay near Narita. It offers free shuttle. Contrary to review of dirty room we found it to be as good as any Japanese hotel which is to say very clean. It is in the nature of the culture to do a good job cleaning. There are many restaurants around and the hotel is a short walk from a mall, Aeon, with food court and a large grocery store. The hotel offers a very nice perk in that it has a free mobile phone with Internet for you to take while staying at the hotel. The phone features Google map and search. It says that you can make unlimited calls for both International and local, but we did not try it. Just having a map and search was enough.

Room tip: No need to reserve shuttle from airport. All rooms seem to be same.
