Stayed just one night prior to a flight home.
Checked in at 2pm which is early in Japan! Room was of good size, clean with a large TV!
The only small complaint was that the air con wasn't very effective and the temp outside was 33degs and
Humid. Free shuttle to airport which takes less than 10 minutes. Would stay again!

Good hotel, although a little rundown in parts. At first staff were helpful and friendly especially given the amount of guests that check in and out. However some of the staff got very stroppy when it came to me trying to checkin early. I arrived at 8am and although the hotel was prebooked with a 2pm checkin I had hoped to check in earlier as with most hotels. I was told 4pm is check in time on numerous occassions here which isnt much use for overnighting passengers spending one night at Narita! Eventually the manager let me check in at 1pm and gave me a room upgrade to a very large and modern room, which is especially good for Japan.
I saw that reception was closed for checkin until around 4pm which I found amazing given its an airport hotel. Theres also a regular free bus into Narita and to the airport, which is good but not 24 hours so beware if you have an unsociable flight time. I found the Mercure in Narita itself to be far better and also cheaper when they did their regular promotions and WITHOUT A SILLY 4PM CHECKIN TIME.

Flew into Narita and stayed one night at the Narita Tobu Hotel before traveling north to Tono. The hotel was close to the airport and conenient. Check- in was easy and the staff was very helpful. For a Japaness hotel the room was large, clean and comfortable. We had four rooms and everyone was pleased with the room. It was a good stay. We did not use the resturants on the property.

The Narita Tobu is just another airport hotel. Save some Japanese touches, you could be in Frankfurt, Dallas or London.

But presumably you are not at the airport for the myriad of sightseeing or zen like atmosphere. We were there to simplify an early departure. Mission accomplished.

The negatives were that it felt a bit run down. The staff's English was quite limited (yes I know it is Japan) considering the venue's proximity to Narita.

That said they were making their best effort. And we had a stress free send off.

In all it will get you to an early flight without having to cope with the Tokyo transit system at the crack of dawn. It serves that purpose quite well.

LARGE AIRPORT HOTEL IN THE HEART OF NARITA AIRPORT!! 10 minutes from the terminals at Narita Airport you get to the hotel by free bus-shuttles!! Large rooms with great views of the airport. The hotel includes some restaurants and shops. Does the job for a night or two!!
