It’s very close to Chiba station ( Both JR & Keisei ) only 3 minutes walk distance. Around hotel & chiba station, you can find Department Store, many restaurant, coffee shop, game center, drug store etc. Family Mart is just around the corner. And there’re some 24hrs restaurant around hotel, that’s great.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip and only for a few days and kind of wishing we stayed a little longer.
We stayed on the top floor, and the room was a smoking room, athough very clean and didnt smell of second hand stale smoke. The room was also the biggest one we stayed in during japan (on the mainland at least.). We had three suitcases and a skii bag and suprisingly had space for them in this room (unlike a lot of others). The staff were also very attentive and for all the places in japan we stayed in, this hotel was the only one to offer daily bottles of water, and they were the only ones who helped us with our bags.
There is also a spacious bathroom and bathtub that would even fit my western sized boyfriend in. Inside the hotel room was also a massage chair and that was perfect to relax on from a long day of travelling. The bedsize was also rather big.
The room itself was very clean and very new.
Its also within a 2 minute walk to the trainstation as well as (at most) 5 minute walk to shopping malls and restaurants. If your into relaxing around the hotel and dont want to walk to dinner, downstairs also offers an italian restaurant and bar; they also served breakfast here aswell.
I would highly recommend staying here.

Room tip: we booked the double room (i think it was called) and ended up staying on the highest floor.

5min walk from JR Chiba Station, 2min walk from Lawson, popular/crowded Italian restaurant at L1.

We reached our room on 13th floor within 10mins of arrival.
Check-out is just a tap of the room card at the auto check-out machine.

(Do note that there is automated extra charges upon late check-out with this efficiency. So it may be tough to negotiate waiver if check-out time was missed.)

Hotel has coin washing machine, complimentary microwave, vending machine, and ice dispenser on certain floors.

Room design maximized walking and luggage space. Bathroom is very spacious and clean too.

Electric thermo flask, mobile phone charging adaptors/cables, multiple power sockets, coffee/tea sets, bathroom amenities, LCD TV, clothes hanger, etc are all available.

Lobby executives were very friendly and welcoming.
Even on our last day, Lobby Manager was very smiley and helpful with our luggage at the lift when we are leaving the hotel.

My most preferred Business Hotel so far as compared with other Japanese business hotel chains in terms of comfort and room space.
More value-for-money than branded international business hotel chains too.

Very likely to stay at Daiwa Roynet chain of business hotels again during my next visit to Japan.

Room tip: Twin Room is spacious

Although the hotel is quite a distance coming from Narita Airport or Tokyo central, we were pleasantly surprised by the settings, room amenities and nearby conveniences.

The room is quite spacious, very comfortable and complete. Everything in the hotel looked new and we liked them all, esp the massage chair in our room.

Across the street, we could choose from various types of dining and shopping. Good deal and what a pleasant experience!
