This review is a bit late, but we stayed for 5 days back in October. Easy to get there catching transportation right out of Narita. It took about 40 minutes. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from a major transit station. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, leaving us quite ready to face the (rainy) days. Tried the dinner buffet once and it did not disappoint.
We had a nice view of the harbor and the typhoon that hit us.
Shopping and restaurants all over and close. This is not really a tourist area but we were visiting our granddaughter at a nearby school, but the transit station makes it easy to get around. Room was very clean.

I recently stayed here while attending Japan IT Week. From the greeting to check-in, through dining, and check-out everything about the hotel was great. While the location is more of a business district, there is an outlet mall next door with a regular mall within a 15 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel if business or pleasure brings you to the Chiba district.

Pros:
- Large, clean rooms
- Friendly, attentive staff
- Good breakfast and cozy lounge for unwinding

Cons:
- None

Dinner was invited by Japanese with old Japanese style food at "Origine". The test was very good with nice decoration of food with beautiful color match. It was near from Makuhari Messe and will be a good place for inviting customers to show Japanese style.

Room tip: reservation necessary and close by normal

I stayed in the Manhattan for a week on business - and the stay was seamless. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. The rooms are very large, clean and the Art Deco scheme actually works well. The lobby/reception area is enormous and comfortable. Views of Tokyo Bay are stunning from the upper floors. I ran each morning on the Seaside Park and gardens across the street, which was peaceful and beautiful. There is Gold's Gym access for free; wifi and all amenities worked like a charm. The breakfast buffet is substantial and good quality. Of course, the location and proximity to station, to AEON and Factory Outlet shopping is convenient. For a business hotel it's ideal: a quiet space, enabling staff, enough space in the room to work at the desk, IT facilities that work and the ability to get in and out readily without a lot of ritual and hassle are important. Let's put it this way - I got a lot done there, felt comfortable, unhassled and felt like it was a haven after a day of meetings or humid walks back after work. Also: huge bathroom with marble tub and picture window looking out over the bay. I'm going to return whenever I have to work in Chiba.

Room tip: Ocean views, 14th floor.

The stay was really great! The location is perfect and the staff was really helpful and kind. The room was clean, but could use a little more care in the corners of the room. Just some extra dust was noticeable. Also, the bathroom was clean, but you could see some of the tiles were getting old.

All of this aside, for the price and location, this place is very nice and my girlfriend and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
