“Great service is where it starts and ends”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2013 via mobile

Great service, but you don't go to an outback steak house, operative word being steak for tough overdone steak to ask for another and be given the same! Definitely not worth the G'day mate, she won't be right mate.

“Best Service, Good Food, Lively Atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2013

I don't mind the shouting of G'Day Mate (though at beginning you will think what do they shouts) as the staff is friendly, fast, accomodative and have attention to detail.
Once I was into fish (while other member of the party were into steak) and the restaurant mgr (Takuya Arata) granted my wish and make it possible to make Salmon steak (I think the restaurant staff need to run to the nearby supermarket).
The food is good, but not great, a standard American steak house (although their theme is Australian).
This is the restaurant my family keep on coming back.
Price is reasonable by Japan standard for dinner.

“They don't serve so called prime rib here”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 1, 2013

I am not admirer of their prime rib nor thinking that their speciality is, but since it is American origin I would like to ask them to serve one.

Atmosphere is similar to those in abroad. Food.......no better than one in US neither the wine, but still is Outback Steak House. If you have COSTCO membership card, you get a free appetizer of your choice including Blooming onion by showing it.

“Decent food, but overpriced and annoying atmosphere.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 10, 2013

Outback has decent food, who's kidding who. But the manager of this branch has instituted this annoying thing where the staff have to should "G'day mate" every time a customer comes in, leaves, gets up to go the bathroom, scratches their nose, etc. It's based off the Japanese izakaya tradition of people yelling "Irasshaimase!" (Welcome) when a customer first arrives. It's this, taken to the nth extreme, in a vaguely Japanese-Aussie accent...and usually too close to where you're eating. Go if you're hungry for ribs. Don't go if you like a meal without shouting (or constant happy birthday song breaks).
