Best ramen I've eaten during my trip (have eaten at least 5 others which see tops in their cities).

Their shio ramen is light, yet flavourful. Soup is not greasy like other ramen and first taste can be slightly salty but you get used to it (still not as salty as others). Add some crushed black pepper in oil (condiments on the table) for a slightly different taste! Bamboo shoots is very nice! Slight sweet taste and crunchy, doesn't have the smell that it sometimes have.

Gyoza is bigger compared to other places. Good leek flavour and value! If you like leek, don't miss this. Yummy!!

White miso ramen on the other hand, is stronger in flavour and very salty, you can see the floating white fats in the soup.

Both ramen and gyoza have take-home options so you can pack it in your luggage to bring home!

Self order through machine on 2nd floor. They have multiple languages. Was lucky to grab the last free parking spot downstairs, they only have a couple. It's right in front/ across the road from the Goryokaku Tower. Don't miss this!!

Ordering is done via the machines. Pay and then hand the tickets to the staff. The shio ramen was not too salty and it was reasonably priced. I enjoyed the green vegetables that was in the soup. Gave it a crunchy and interesting texture.

The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor. As you go up the stairs u come to the self order machine. Large variety of ramen, also has curry rice and sides like gyoza. Had the shio (salt) ramen which was filling and not too salty. They have many chefs and lots of seating so service is fast. One of the best ramen restaurants I have been too. Well worth a visit.

Can't miss this place as it's just across the entrance of the tower. They offer ramen in full or half portions , full portions are reasonable especially for guys. For girls, size is ok if really hungry. The shio ramen is clear and distinctly salted. Texture of noodles is not what I prefer though. We also had the white miso version which is very thick and tasty.

Went to the Main store which is right in front of the Goryokaku Tower.u can't miss it.
02 must try: curry ramen and shio(salt) ramen

1-curry ramen is huge! Can share.
U less you are very very hungry pls do share.
The curry is the thick type,Indian type(take note NOT Japanese type of curry)
Noodles could be more chewy.
2-shio ramen, which surprisingly the broth is good.was expecting to be just plain salty however there is a nice umami taste to it..
U can also try the moyashi shio(bean sprouts salt ramen) which basically is the same with additional beansprouts.

3-surprisingly good was the Gyoza! Huge & juicy!

Also pls try their condiments-pepper garlic oil...which goes very well with the dishes..

All in all 02 thumbs up!
