Best ramen I've eaten during my trip (have eaten at least 5 others which see tops in their cities).
Their shio ramen is light, yet flavourful. Soup is not greasy like other ramen and first taste can be slightly salty but you get used to it (still not as salty as others). Add some crushed black pepper in oil (condiments on the table) for a slightly different taste! Bamboo shoots is very nice! Slight sweet taste and crunchy, doesn't have the smell that it sometimes have.
Gyoza is bigger compared to other places. Good leek flavour and value! If you like leek, don't miss this. Yummy!!
White miso ramen on the other hand, is stronger in flavour and very salty, you can see the floating white fats in the soup.
Both ramen and gyoza have take-home options so you can pack it in your luggage to bring home!
Self order through machine on 2nd floor. They have multiple languages. Was lucky to grab the last free parking spot downstairs, they only have a couple. It's right in front/ across the road from the Goryokaku Tower. Don't miss this!!
