Stayed one night after a late arrival at Sapporo Airport. It was easy to catch a train from the airport to Chitose station. We managed to trudge through the snow with our luggage but later realized that we took a longer route than necessary. If it's snowing, try to figure out the shortest way to get to the hotel. It was about 3 blocks if you walk it right.

The hotel is nice and modern. The rooms are small by western standards but does have a closet for luggage/clothes and a small table. Complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also yukatas for the onsen down by the lobby. The onsen is segregated by gender and I really appreciated the hot water soak after a long day of traveling.

There is a restaurant next to the lobby. As most restaurants around the area appeared to be closed, we ate a late dinner there. Sapporo is known for their seafood so we opted for some small plates to share. There is an electronic menu from which you order but we couldn't figure it out (all in Japanese) so we asked the waitress to help us. They do have an English menu. The seafood was fresh and tasty. I didn't realize that you had to pre-pay for breakfast the night before, so couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Make sure you do if you want that option. There is a Lawson's down the street for a fast takeout meal if needed.

Overall our stay was pleasant and we liked the location and onsen. English is limited.

We stayed here for a night before going to Sahoro for ski. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The public bath is nice and pretty decent breakfast. I didnt rate a five star as I felt some of the staff arent as friendly. For example, When I asked for the wifi details, one of the staff just pull the instruction sheet and said “ its here, pls read” with a rather indifferent tone.

We picked this hotel as we have an early domestic flight the next morning and the hotel provided free shuttle bus to the airport - which was perfect for our travelling plans. We booked the shuttle bus for next morning when we checked into the hotel the night before, and the reception also marked down that we are taking the domestic flight, meaning that we need to get off at the domestic terminal. When we abroad the bus the next morning, there were no clear instructions as to which bus we should take, so we assumed that both buses are headed to both terminals. We were only told to wait at the hotel entrance. However, when we took the shuttle, the driver seemed to be very frustrated (I can understand minimal japanese) that we are headed for the domestic terminal and not the international terminal. We told him that we informed the hotel that we are getting off at the domestic terminal the night before, and he told us that was impossible. We were a bit upset about that.

We drove to stay here for a nice before going to the airport in the morning. The hotel is very closed to Aeon mall supermarket, which is very convenient. It’s offer free parking. The room is very new. The room size is not big, but ok for us. Internet is super fast. There’s CNN on TV. There’s hot spring and sauna. The bed is comfortable with duvet blanket. Bathroom amenity is Pola brand, which is very good.

We booked 3 rooms: single, twin & double.

1) Room: All rooms are extremely small. But it was something we expected so we were ok with it. It was clean and served our purpose as a one night stopover.

Toiletories, towels, pyjamas, bottled water, free wifi and hair dryer provided in the room. Hair dryer was very dusty inside but they changed it quickly to a clean one.

2) Airport: There is no pickup service from airport. We took the train after having a quick dinner at the airport as we had a late flight into Chitose. The train was really easy and its only 2 stops. From the station, there is an lift to ground exit level, and about 10 minutes walk to hotel. We used Google map.

We arranged for 2 persons to take the free airport shuttle back to the airport to collect our car rental in the morning. The rest of the family walked to Morimoto Honten - a famous local bakery for cakes and bread (hotel concierge can advise you how to go) for breakfast at 8am.

There is free coffee at lobby if you are not using the free capsule coffee in room.

3) Free parking is available at hotel.
