Stayed at Ochi-kochi in Tomonura for 2 nights. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a private hot tub and shower on one side with views of water. On other side was balcony with view of water. The Japanese dinner was amazing and best we had in Japan (they do serve a Western breakfast). The town of Tomonura is wonderful forgotten gem from the Edo period Highlight of our trip to Japan. It worth a side trip and about 15 kilometers from Fukyiama train station. We were the only non-Japanese, and the no one seemed to speak English which turned out fine because service is excellent. If you visit Japan, a MUST experience along with Kyoto..
