I was never a fan of sashimi but Gingyo has converted me and I went back for the second time. The sashimi just melted in my mouth. The food portions are generous and they are all delicious and affordable. Takashi and his staffs are extremely welcoming even though I don't speak Japanese. It's funny how I ordered the food through their Instagram photos. The locals were very friendly and helpful in introducing the food to me. What makes Gingyo a famous izakaya among the local is the heart and soul that Takashi puts in serving the best sashimi. All the food was prepared with full of passion and love, that's what I love about this place. Best two nights spent at Gingyo, it's not an ordinary izakaya, it's a place where good people make good quality food- highly recommend!
