We arrived very late, and stayed as part of our tour.

Next morning, we found this hotel is very central, and close to the station. Nagoya is underground city, and we checked and it is true. So many store in underground. Cross the street, we may found handy Family Mart convenience store.

The hotel was very small and very ancient style, but we slept well. I checked and found two soft pillow for each persons, with anti slip inside the pillow. It is a Japanese technology for good sleep, that even Hyatt need to follow.

The bath room also very tiny, barely for two person can fit inside.

But the breakfast was very nice, indeed. Small restaurant, but good hot food with combination of western and Japanese food. The variety fruits also amazingly available. The selection of coffee was good, I chose machiato and it is excellent blend. Also good service.

It is recommended city/business hotel in Nagoya.

one of the the best hotels around Nagoya station. Five stars hotel is attached to Nagoya station. Other hotels are so called "business hotels", which are small and something smell. But this hotel is better than other typical business hotels. But keep in mind that it categorize Business Hotels.

Room Tip: Breakfast can also take many places in Nagoya.

Hotel was in a great place really close to metro and to the train station. Staff in hotel seemed friendly enough but did not speak English. Room was really small which I didn't mind as so well located my problem was that the double bed was pushed against the wall so we only had access from one side. Room was really well equipped mini bar ,bathroom well stocked but to me a basic need is to be able to get in and out of bed without climbing over each other. Would be great for single traveller and im sure they could make better use of the space by removing chair and table. But as I said you could not fault the location and ease to get about to Grand Prix and sight seeing. Very mixed feelings about this hotel

Stayed there just one night to get to the F1 in Suzuka, we arrived in the afternoon and got our room. Once in our room it smelled like it was a smoking room, i had a requested a non smoking since our reservation, but when we tried to have it changed we couldn't since it was all booked.

Its just a shame that they dont respect reservations as made.

for a 4 start hotel its not up to standard, they don't have wifi in all rooms, some rooms are very small and not modern , bathrooms are very tiny, no room service, limited English spoken at front desk, changed rooms after complaining , and then the Wifi worked, but found out that if more than five on the wifi it keeps throwing you out , overall i had no choice as Nagoya is always busy city , if i had a choice i would stay at the Marriott at the station , but that's always full as well, but its an excellent hotel

Room Tip: high floor which mostly are refurbished, Perineum room floor is the best

I went on business. Stayed in a suite. The hotel is more oriented towards Japanese guests, but should be comfortable for Western travelers as well. I went in the middle of a very hot summer, but the room was cool and easy to adjust the temperature (not always the case in Japanese hotels where the thermostat seems to default to uncomfortable settings for Americans used to 68-70F). The bathroom is more laid out for Japanese, with a soaking tub and shower/washing area. TV stations are mostly Japanese. Nice in room amenities such as green tea (as in emerald green tea, and not straw colored!), bath salts. The staff are excellent, although English is not always that good. There are a few restaurants and cafes in the hotel itself, but it is located across from the under ground Unimall where there are several inexpensive casual eateries, cafes and shops. It is about a 5 minute walk from the JR Nagoya Station and a 3 minute walk to the nearest subway station. No pool. The breakfast buffet is good. There are a few local specialties amongst the Japanese food selections, Western fare is average for what you'd get in Japan--oddly cooked eggs, potatoes with salad. I like the drink bar with selections for coffee (4 different ways) or green tea/black tea/ matcha au lait, etc. There is a gym, but you have to pay membership, so I did not go. Wifi is tough to access, but reliable once you are on.

Not sure about the location because I arrived here quite late and left quite early to explore the surrounding area, but I'd think it's pretty good since it's near the station.
The rooms are clean and nice, lobby is huge and the receptionists are very helpful ( I needed some help book an express ticket for Universal Studio, and they helped me look on the internet)
They also have nice breakfast, though not very wide selection available. The breakfast area isn't very big either so it's quite busy.
