We stayed here as a stop over from Tokyo to Takayama (which is amazing). The rooms are seperate sex which I didn't like as i was with my boyfriend. The receptionists were very cold and unwelcoming. The rooms were actually cold and scary as I was by myself till 1am when another lady came in. There is no lift and 5 floors and the bathrooms are very cold also. It's quite expensive too compared to other backpackers but we couldn't seem to find anywhere else to stay. Nagoya itself isn't that interesting but we managed to find a great restaurant down the main road with a lovely lady who translated the menu for us and it was cheap too.
