Hotel is located in 5 minutes walk from subway station in downtown. Staff at reception is very kind and skilled in English. The price for six nights was 57 000 yen (early bird rate; breakfast not included). Excellent location provides easy access to numerous sightseeing places of Nagoya, shopping area, local market. There are many different cafe and restaurants as well as convenient stores near the hotel. Hotel is recommended to visitors who come to Nagoya with aim to see remarkable places in the city and to feel a spirit of this city.

Room Tip: Our room with separate area for relaxation on the sixth floor was very good.

We stayed in a superior double room for 10 nights over New Year. Room size was OK, and everything was very clean. Kettle and tea/coffee provided. I asked for a quiet, non-smoking room, and that's what we got. Didn't try the hotel breakfast, but Starbucks downstairs was very welcoming. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing postage stamps and ordering a taxi to the airport for us.
A shame that the air conditioning/heating wouldn't go below 20c, especially as the window didn't open. Much warmer than we're used to!

Stayed on a night when accommodation was hard to find in Nagoya and this was one of the only Western-style hotels available. Very happy with our "choice" though as though it was an older, smaller property, it had large sized rooms by Japanese standards. The location was easy enough to reach via subway from Nagoya Station. Of Japanese hotels I've been do it had by far the most English on signs and papers, and the check in staff spoke adequate English too, though we didn't have any special requests.

Did not try the breakfast or the Starbucks. Hooked on 7/11 / conbini breakfasts in Japan :)

I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend.
The room is large enough and the bathroom is a very nice size. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is rather near to the Sakae subway station (Higashiyama line, trains towards Fujigaoka). The hotel itself is average-sized, rooms are nicely large (at least when rated with Japanese standards). This is not a very modern hotel, and there are a minor signs of wear & tear. Still, everything worked and our room was clean. There are many fast food stalls and coffee shops near the hotel (including Starbucks in the 1st floor).
