Excellent, honest company during virus crisis

We had reservations with JHT
for a private tour with guide to Petra. We were already in Dubai when USA requested citizens come home immediately or be quarantined in Europe. We were touring Middle East and ending in Amsterdam. Of course, plane tickets had to change and we returned home. JHT was so kind to return our deposit without our requesting. That is sign of excellent company. Andrea and staff helped us immensely plan our tour. Thanks again and we are planning for next year and definitely we will do a ditto of this years plan but with extra days! Thanks again and Inshallah next year!

Thank you to Romi the driver. He is proffesional, safe,caring and speaks good English.The trip was well organised and well spaced out. We were able to enjoy every minute with no pressure to hurry. We highly recommend tge tour.

Romi Badarneh made our trip save and exciting and happy. He is professional,caring and polite.We had an amazing time full of laughter and joy. The tour was well organised. We could take time and enjoy with no hurry. We always had interesting conversation, his Englich is excellent too. Thanks a lot!

We had an amazing trip! We felt relaxed a looked after. Thank you to our driver Romi Badarneh. He was not only a driver, he also took care of us, made us feel welcomed and happy. He did above and beyond to ensure that we are feeling comfortable.
We would recommend to travel to Jordan with this company. Ask for Romi 🙂
