This hotel was great and Rami the Housekeeping Manager really made the stay a pleasure. There were a few small issues with the TV and shower, but everything got worked out. If we hadn't had those issues, u would have given 5 stars. Great location and lovely breakfast.

I stayed here for one night with a friend. The housekeeping manager, Remi, was super welcoming. After we told him that we liked the towel animals, he made a truly special effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast buffet was great, with real coffee, fresh juice, and lots of food. It was 2 girls and we felt very safe here. I would stay here again, no questions asked if I were to visit Aqaba.

My wife booked it after seeing tripadvisor's comments. Fully justified! A nice experience, very friendly staff and a nice room. Great location with restaurant and shopping areas very close. When we signaled two minor problems in the bathroom, they were repeared before we came back after a short walk. As we had to leave early in the morning, they advanced opening of the restaurant so that we could have a breakfast. Great value for money!

This hotel gave my girlfriend and I the most excellent service and helped us with every detail of our experience. They provided us recommendation for a driver to Petra. When we returned from a very tiring day with the driver they got us,a mango drink plus little snacks including fruit were in our room. The head of housekeeping made sculptures created with towels of little dogs, elephants ,monkeys, and alligators. Simply delightful. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Our room had robes, slippers and everything necessary for a lovely stay. Thank you Rami (housekeeper) for your attention to detail.

I stayed at the Cedar Hotel in Aqaba on the advice of a friend in Amman, Jordan. I was traveling solo and looking for a safe, clean, budget hotel in the city center so I could get to the Bird Observatory near the airport. The hotel was just what I was looking for. Excellent service, clean, modern room with energy saver lighting system. Rami makes cute towel animals every day and leaves them in the room...a nice surprise at the end of the day. The breakfast room is in the basement and fine although could benefit from more interesting decor. The owner, Mr. Ali, is always coming up with ways to improve the hotel and I'm sure he will be appreciate any recommendations from quests. The only real negative is the trash on the street where the hotel is located. Hopefully, the city can come to agreement on ways to keep all the streets clean. Also, there is a very good, local and affordable falafel, hommus etc. restaurant next to the hotel.
