Knafa was a discovery for us, introduced by our diving instructor, Hani, from Jordan Diving Center.
Anabtawi is a must! It renders the Knafa in it's two purest, traditional forms. Both equally tasty.
We bought a gift box of Pakhlava as well, which is still not finished, simply because we want to make it last for as long as possible. It keeps for a month if not more.
Do make Anabtawi part of your Must Dos. The Queen Alia airport outlet will not serve Knafa.
