We celebrated our last night in Aqaba at Floka and we had a great time! Being allergic to sea food, I was afraid that there wouldn't be a whole lot of dining options for me. And yet, I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of menu options that were not fish or sea food.
They have a vast outside terrace, so it was nice to take advantage of the weather. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant occupies prime real estate, however, and the high number of tourists mean that everything is overpriced. Be that as it may, the portions are generous, so it's not that bad.
Sure, there are cheaper alternatives in Aqaba. But if you want good food in a nice setting, Floka just might be what you are looking for.
