From the second we entered the hotel (in 2011), we felt more than welcome! From the refreshing juice they had ready for us to enjoy while checking in, to the ever- smiling and friendly staff ready to assist us with any questions we'd might have. Our room was spacious and very cozy - with a kettle for making tea and coffee, a minibar/fridge, tv and a huge bed - we couldn't have asked for more. Throughout the entire week we stayed there, the room was also spotlessly clean. We only tried the restaurant at the hotel for breakfast every morning, but that was really good with a lot of different things to chose from. Also one of the chefs is standing at a tiny stove, ready to make you an omelette of your choice in only a few minutes. The roof-top terrasse has a pool, sunchairs, little café tables and the most wonderful view over the city. I can definitely recommend to watch the sunset from up there. My Hotel is located right in the city centre, which was perfect for us. We could feel and hear the wonderful atmosphere of Aqaba just by opening the windows, and the double glazed windows worked wonders when we went to sleep at night. Because of the very central location, everything is in a walking distance and it's really easy to get an overview. My Hotel really gives you a feeling of coming home - the staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful and the relaxing, warm feeling you get every time you enter the hotel is priceless. We're already planning to go back and will definitely return to this fantastic hotel. I highly recommend a stay at My Hotel

Stayed at the MY Hotel for six nights. The room was a large suite and was very clean and spacious. First impressions were a bit disappointing; the wardrobe door was half off the runner, the shower area showed signs of heavy wear and the patio door didn't close properly. Did advise the reception desk of the latter but to be honest it was easier sorting the issues out ourselves. That said we got an excellent deal, even for a 3 star hotel, and that offset any minor disapppointment. The hotel is in a great location, a short ten minute walk from both the city centre and the beach. There are plenty of eateries serving local and international cuisine immediately outside of the hotel. The rooftop swimming pool is superb for not only cooling down but also for day and night views across the Red Sea and Israel. In addition, the hotel staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. A special mention for Mr Hanny and his excellent customer service skills. All in all great value.

I am on a mission from Yorkshire to Arabia to stop hotels fron charging for Wifi.

    My does. Why My?

Answers on the back of a postcard or sealed down envelope...

But nice people and nice bedroom. Except mega air con unit outside of room. No wonder the window glass frosted. Avoid 209..

Nice roof pool and reataurant. But if this was MY Hotel I would have free Wifi. By the way 2JD for this posting. Please Like and I will think it money well worth spending!

    We really liked this hotel.
Simple but functional. The only problem was our bedroom was on the main road and all the horse drawn carriages were playing really loud music until late in the evening. Coupled with the noise from the cars it made it difficult to get to sleep. I still give the hotel a good rating however because if you take a quieter room on the opposite side all would've been good.
Considering the value it's a good place to stay.
Room service was excellent, food was fresh and well prepared, staff were very kind and helpful.

Room Tip: Get a room not on the main road if you are looking for quiet

This hotel was include in charter tour with Apollo. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Good location, 10 minutes walk from the bazaar. And there's a shuttle bus to Berenice beach (private) south of Aqaba 7.5 JD.
