Good service. Friendly helpful staff. Generally clean and maintained well. Bright spacious rooms that all have balconies overlooking the pools and beach. Comfortable bedding. Good bathroom space makes for easy movement. Not a huge hotel which makes everything easily accessible. Well kept sandy beach. No bug issue, which is GREAT :) Free WiFi everywhere, even though it tends to deplete your mobile battery for some reason. Definitely trumps all other 5 star hotels in Aqaba where service, comfort and cleanliness are concerned. This is why I would choose this hotel again. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

This hotel is pricy, but you get most of what you pay for. May want to avoid in holidays as I gets totally insane, but the staff are ok at keeping it all together (for example during the breakfast rush). The room was excellent, 6th floor center view. Near city center means a good opportunity for walking around, maybe looking for cheaper grub.

I have to say that the feel of this hotel is directed towards romantic getaways, not family holidays, but it works out ok.

All the room in The Kempinski have a balcony with view on the Red Sea. The rooms themselves are really EXCELLENT, great design, modern, attractive and comfortable.
The international and multi-lingual team is really customer centric, friendly and going above and beyond the call of duty.
The Hotel has various pools, its own private beach and a view across the Aqaba Bay.

The architect has designed a 21st century marble and glass icon to frame modern Arabian art within a luxury hotel. It made me happy to enjoy a contemporary interpretation of a timeless location. All rooms face the Red Sea and have balconies.
