We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. The rooms was luxurious, with a balcony. We had a room without a bath, but we needs it when you have 2 big pools and the sea nearby.
The resort is 20 min south of the city center. But a shuttle is provided by the hotel.
Since there are no shops or other restaurants around the resort you are dependend on the drinks and food in the restaurants. For Jordan standards the price is high. Th buffet is 15 jod pp, but the food is very good and there's something for everyone's taste. Also you have an a la carte restaurant.
The staff offers great and fast service. Also there was music every night on the sunset deck. Also there is free wireless internet.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The staff were most courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was airy and the housekeeping excellent. Clean towels every day. The only problem we encountered was that the electronic room keys kept failing. This could be due to being in close proximity to my mobile phone.
The food was excellent with a huge choice at the buffet. At 16JD(£16) plus tax and service per person it may seem expensive but you could literally eat as much as you could fit in!
For those with a smaller appetite the Club Sandwich (which arrives with french fries) at the Baywatch bar is large enough for two to share. OK, the drinks are a little pricey and the management have the monopoly as you can only buy drinks, including water, from the bars but probably no different to other hotels in the area.
The area arround the hotel is being heavily developed which does give it an austere look when you first turn up but once inside that all changes.
Overall a good experience.

I've just checked out of this hotel after staying for a few nights. I would strongly recommend not staying here - it's all been a bit of a comedy:

-It took about an hour to check in
-Once checked in we couldn't access our room straight away (this was 6pm so you would think the room should be ready by this time). The hotel couldn't tell us when the room would be ready - it was about another hour
-The room we got was small & pokey
-The bathroom stank of sewage; this was really disgusting
-Every day our room cards stopped working & we had to go to reception to get them changed. Others in our group also had the same problem
-When the room was cleaned, they removed all the towels. We called reception for replacements, which took 30 mins + to arrive. Others in our group also had this problem
-Service around the whole resort was terrible; we almost always had to ask 3-4 times before we got anything (coffee at breakfast, a beer by the pool - anything)
-Most of the staff are indonesian & (while they want to be helpful) know only a couple of words of english, so the response to anything you ask is 'lobby? Reception?' Frustrating to say the least
-It's certainly not a cheap resort; I would expect far more for the money
-Everything took ages; ordering 3 sandwiches at the bar we were told that they would take "10-15 mins, but no more than 15". After an huor we cancelled 2 & the other came after about another 10 mins. The waiter looked distinctly peeved that we'd cancelled 2 sandwiches after waiting an hour
-Tables at breakfast are not laid until you arrive & ask 3-4 times
-There seems to be a lot of staff, but you really wonder what they are all doing

Now the good:
+The food, when it finally arrives, is good
+it has 5 swimming pools which were not crowded
+there is a (non-PADI certified) dive school right next door

I certainly would not stay here again & would not book another Radisson on the basis of this stay; this is a hotel / resort that could be pretty good (the buildings, pools etc are good) but the service & lack of interest in the guest make it a pretty terrible experience

I was part of Dead to Read group, we arrived there at 7:00 am and we managed to check-in early.
I can not complain about anything, everything was perfect and people were extra friendly.
I do not agree with previous review Radisson is much much better than the Movenpike next door.
