This is one fo those places you see on these restaurant revival shows. The owners have gotten tired of being there and it shows. It's been steadily going downhill and has reached the bottom.

When you go in now, the layout of booths and tables appears to have been designed by someone who's never eaten in a restaurant before. The booths are down the center of the dining area, and the tables are against the wall - all touching each other like a cafeteria in high school. So when the booths are full, which is the normal preferrence, you have to sit at the tables with strangers. The booths take up the entire length of the restaurant, so if you're stuck at the table, you have to walk 75' in either direction to get around the booths. The stupidest layout I've ever seen. This was not like this previously. Staff said it was "Pam's" idea. Way to go Pam!

The food - the soup was some dried out crap at the bottom of the pot, ,there was no lid on it, and it was never replaced or refilled my entire time there. Disgusting.

The pizza was dried out, and finally after about 20 minutes there, they started replacing some of the dried out pizzas with fresh ones, but taking the dried out slices and placing them on top of the fresh pies.

The sauce, which you can add to pasta and such is now watered down.

The breaded chicken and fries, like the pizza and soup, were quasi-petrified.

The salad appeared fresh, but the salad-nazi keeping the salad bar looking good was literally hitting into customers' hands while they were trying to get salad as she was tidying up. Why wouldn't she just wait a minute? Zero staff training and zero concern for the business.

They also had 1/3 of the restaurant blocked off with chairs and sign saying section closed. There are several booths in that section, which would've been welcome instead of sitting and eating with a bunch of strangers at the table.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, the flooring is horrible, as is the restroom.

Hopefully someone at the restaurant will read this and realize how pathetic they've become and either close up, sell it to someone who cares, or make an effort to provide good food and service.

All they need is a CiCi's to open in the area and this place will be closed in a week.

Severe health code issues! No hats or hair nets worn while preparing food. Management has been notified SEVERAL times and are very defensive. The indoor/outdoor carpeting throughout the restaurant is sticky and food encrusted. Surely bacteria infested. Management posts nasty notes for their employees, where the public can read it. I will never eat there again!

We've been to this resaurant several times. They've done a little remodeling and there seems to be more comfortable seating. The buffet is great. The food seems to get better each time we go. They have a full salad bar, soup, many types of pizza to try, mac & cheese, french fries, chicken fingers, and fried dough. At less than $7 a person (without a drink), you can't beat it. The waitresses are friendly and collect the dirty dishes in a prompt manner. We don't get pop, just water, and they refill our cups as much as we want. You can also refill your own water if you need it sooner. They also have an arcade, which my kids love to play in. They won some candy yesterday, unfortunately, it was expired. I'm pretty sure Toni Pepperoni doesn't own these machines, so it's really the vendors that are not keeping up with the "prizes". However, they also won an angry bird plush and some laser lights, which they were thrilled about! We are definitely going back!

We have always loved this restaurant. The food is delicious, the selection is large, but this last visit was a disappointment. The buffet was filled, even though there were only a few of us in the restaurant, but the walls are filthy! Two waitresses had time to talk on their personal phones while they sat in the corner. Our plates piled up and I wondered why the waitresses didn't grab a rag to clean the food splatters on the walls or sweep the rugs. We won't be returning.

While the décor wasn't super fantastic (i.e. more like cafeteria style), this place seemed to offer very good value if you are in the mood for pizza (something like 10 types) and a few extras (salad bar, pasta, meat balls, chicken fingers) for $6.25 a person. Note that beverages (except water) are extra. We were hungry and enjoyed the food.
