This is a Japanese restaurant that offers true Japanese food - maybe a little Americanized. Very, very good and large portions (Americanized here). They have a very large menu offering. However not for little kids looking for a Kids menu - not what you would expect. We started with Japanese spring rolls (Harumaki) with a unique dipping sauce and greens on the side - very fresh. My meal came with miso soup and salad - again very good. My companion had the Yaki Soba which she liked very much and I had the Hibachi chicken. The generous chicken portion was so, so tender and came with both rice and Lo Mein noodles along with grilled veggies. I went there starving and still could not finish my meal. It made for a very delicious lunch the next day. Service was excellent and all other restaurants should take note of what constitutes good service. Because I was so full, I did not order dessert which offered a Mochi Ice Cream which sounded interesting as I love Mochi, but never had it in dessert form. They are located in a strip plaza, but when you're inside, you don't notice. Very elegant bar with strategic lighting. Restaurant is smaller than most, but also offers traditional Japanese seating (floor seating) in another room(s).
