We have enjoyed the stay there. Breakfast was ok but not impressed too much. The rooms were small but ok and clean with open air shower. Service was in average ok but receptionists were a bit reserved and not very friendly. Stay away from their suggestion for bus ticket booking. They take almost 40% commission and were choosing the worst and most unsecured bus company in town. That was a big minus and went against all the good impressions we had during the stay. Also the reaction after we found out and called to clarify...

We stayed at Ananda Resort for three days recently and really loved everything about the stay. Very centrally located on Mui Ne beach we stayed in a bungalow fronting the magnificent pool and the view was amazing. Sunrises are a photographers delight and will be foremost in our memories of Vietnam forever. The location, staff and ambience are second to none with reasonable tariffs... will return one day

I didn't stay here because they were booked, but it looked lovely. We stayed a few hotels over.

We did visit the restaurant because it is beachside with a terrific view of the water. (Our hotel's restaurant was street side). The food was amazing that we came back every day of our 3 day stay in Mui Ne. Best food on this stretch of beach.

We stayed here in Jun, we found it's with good recommendation on Tripadvisor and Booking.com so we decided to book 1 night here via Booking. You can book directly with them as well, it's with the same price. The resort is located on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, called foreigner area as most of the foreign like to stay here. However, the resort is in a small alley, so you need to pay more attention to find it.
The resort is next to the beach, so it's a good spot for beach fan. It's quiet, nice with bungalos and lots of trees around. There's a small swimming pool on the way to the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful.
It cost us ~35$ for a room with garden view, the room is very small with 2 single beds, no wardrobe. The design is simple, or I can say boring. The small wooden door and window make the room look dark and more narrow. I'd say I really don't like the room here. And this room is not with an open bathroom, a famous thing of this resort. The price we paid did not include breakfast as well.
It's nice, quiet, and comfortable; but I don't think I'd come back. It did not give me what I think when made the booking.

Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby. And the beachfront is nice at Ananda which was the biggest bonus I thought. Other areas of the beach are ruined from erosion, or ruined from loud music and crowds of tourists. But ananda seems to be at a good spot where you can chill on day beds and have a swim. Pool is nice as well. Minor small points : the rooms are quite small, and the hot water in the shower is intermittent.
