this place is in the center of Mui Ne, located on the mountain, offering a view of the coast. we paid 170,000 k. this price includes: mud bath - 20 minutes, bath with mineral water - 20 minutes, shower, and swimming in the pool. around the pool, you can spend the whole day it is included in the ticket price. in the center of the pool bar, there are 2 Jacuzzis, a cascading waterfall massage. food available at the bar(extra pay). in general, a good place, here you can spend a day in the relax. for an additional fee you can make a good massage.

My girlfriends kite surfing instructor told her about this place and told her to go the night before the day we intended to go to ask when the best time to return would be (to avoid potential crowds). We took a pamphlet with the packages and left for the night.

The next day we went and chose a package that we liked. She said it no longer existed and eventhough it was in the brochure and on the white board on the entrance she said that they dont do it anymore. Clearly it was because it was a well priced option and they wanted us to pay more for less. It was only like 13 bucks more but not the best way to start.

The change rooms and bathrooms are in dire need of some maintenance and just overall some attention to detail would be nice (i.e. while in the mud bath, there were dirty mop heads just chilling on the side of the tubs. I get it though for 2 people we paid approx 70-75 canadian for 2 people for: mud bath, aroma style bath, some hilarious style pressure shower, a mini steam room session and an hour massage. So perhaps for such a large facility theres nkt much extra money for upgrades. The pool, to me was quite impressive. All in all i enjoyed it and it was a nice day with the lady.

Some sort like a water themed park but the main attraction would be the mud bath.
With various packages available, the visitors can choose the suitable package to relax on top of a hill, beside the beach.

Opted for a combo package for three - can always check online first - which have 20mins (approximately) of mud bath and Jacuzzi then hydrotherapy along with usage of pool, excluding the meals.

The staffs were helpful.

Bring enough drinking water, sun block (for pool session) and of course bath suit.

We had this mud bath included in our tour package and went for it. The place was too commercialized and the service was below par. You were left to fend for yourself once the mud flow is allowed to fill up the concrete tubs to about two thirds full. Each tub takes 4 persons who have to be seated inside the tub. Each one of us is given a hand held bucket to pour the mud filled warm Thermal water containing minerals over you for about an hour before you are asked to take a shower and change before leaving. All in all it is not something really beneficial and a good massage elsewhere from a professional masseur would have been better.

I'm not picky with customer service, but the girls assisting the fitting room for the ladies lack professionalism and courtesy. Threw a mudding outfit to me n my mother and sent us off on our way, without instructions or a smile or manners. It was a turn off. My mom and I felt like we were bothering the young ladies working there. Not once did they came to check on us or offered any friendliness. We felt we need to leave, asap.
Mud was not as potent as Nha Trang's, no so impressive.
Sadly, this was my experience.
